01

Search and confirm the property

Enter the street address and confirm the returned address, available cadastral details and mapped parcel. If the property or parcel cannot be confidently matched, important decisions should be deferred until it is confirmed.

  • Validated address
  • Lot and plan where available
  • Indicative parcel mapping
02

Review property intelligence

HouseWorthy checks available planning, flood, environmental, utility, infrastructure and neighbourhood sources. Each result identifies what was returned and what should be checked next.

  • Planning and environmental indicators
  • Utility and infrastructure context
  • Nearby amenity and location information
03

Add inspection and document evidence

Upload the building and timber pest report, seller disclosure documents, quotes, utility plans or other relevant records. Physical-condition findings are only taken from observable evidence recorded by the separate third-party inspection company in its supplied report.

  • Document register
  • Defect and repair extraction
  • Contradiction and missing-information checks
04

Receive the property outcome

The decision brief prioritises material findings, unresolved matters and recommended next checks. Where the evidence requirements are met, the report includes a dated HouseWorthy Property Certificate prepared for the buyer, seller or owner.

  • Priority findings
  • Practical next actions
  • Downloadable report and property record
A deeper buyer search beyond the usual property information.

Queensland seller disclosure provides prescribed information for the transaction. HouseWorthy is a separate buyer-directed search across additional available property, planning, environmental, infrastructure and inspection evidence. It complements—but does not replace—the seller disclosure statement, conveyancing advice or independent inspections.

HouseWorthy does not inspect the property.

Online data describes the property and its mapped context. Observable condition comes from a report produced by a separate third-party inspection company. A buyer or seller may arrange a pre-purchase or pre-sale inspection through Premise Inspections or supply another suitable inspection report.
