A certificate records that the nominated HouseWorthy property-information service was completed for the stated property and report reference.
It confirms
- The report reference and nominated property address
- The HouseWorthy service completed
- The report issue date
It does not confirm
- That the property is structurally sound, compliant, approved, defect-free or free from timber pests
- That all records, risks, services or concealed conditions have been identified
- A valuation, engineering opinion, building approval, certification or warranty
The certificate must always be read with the full report. The report’s source notes, qualifications and limitations prevail.
