HouseWorthy questions and answers

What is HouseWorthy?

HouseWorthy is a preliminary property-information and buyer due-diligence service. It brings available property intelligence and supplied inspection evidence together into a practical buyer report.

Who is HouseWorthy designed for?

It is designed primarily for homebuyers who want clearer information before deciding whether to pursue, negotiate or proceed with a property.

Does HouseWorthy physically inspect the property?

No. HouseWorthy provides property research and document analysis. Observable-condition findings only come from a report produced by a separate third-party inspection company. Buyers or sellers may arrange a pre-purchase or pre-sale inspection through Premise Inspections or supply another suitable inspection report.

Is the report a valuation?

No. HouseWorthy does not provide a formal valuation and should not be relied upon to determine market value, lending value or an appropriate purchase price.

Does it replace legal advice, a title search or survey?

No. Ownership, boundaries, easements, covenants, encumbrances and contractual matters should be confirmed through current documents and appropriately qualified advisers.

Can buyers and sellers use the HouseWorthy Property Certificate?

Yes. It may be prepared for a buyer, seller or owner. It records the property researched, evidence considered, reported outcome and outstanding actions as at its issue date. A seller may share it as supporting information, but it does not replace Queensland Form 2, contractual disclosure obligations, independent buyer enquiries or inspections.

Will every property return the same information?

No. Coverage depends on the matched address, jurisdiction and availability, accuracy and currency of each source. Unavailable information should not be interpreted as confirmation that a risk or constraint does not exist.

How are payments processed?

Payments are processed through Stripe’s hosted checkout. HouseWorthy does not collect card details through the website.

Can I receive $50 off a Premise inspection?

Yes. Purchase a HouseWorthy Complete Report or Buyer Shortlist, then book and complete a combined building and timber pest inspection with Premise Inspections for the same property within 30 days to receive $50 off the inspection price. One discount applies per inspected property. Supply the HouseWorthy purchase email or Stripe receipt when booking.

Can I obtain a refund?

The refund policy depends on whether the digital report credit has been used and whether HouseWorthy was able to provide the purchased service. Review the Refund and Cancellation Policy before purchasing.

Can I use the report throughout Queensland?

HouseWorthy supports Queensland properties where reliable source coverage is available. The information returned varies by address, council area and source availability, and unavailable information is clearly identified.
